Pre-ship to the Charleston Civic Center Before the Event
We plan to ship our display/materials directly to the Charleston Civic Center in advance of the show. Materials will be accepted up to seven days prior to the event and exhibitors are required to send a copy of the final bill-of-lading to SEMCO Publishing. Cost is $60/cwt.

NOTE: Exhibitors are responsible for arranging all out-bound shipments and must complete an outbound bill-of-lading before leaving the building, unless hand-carrying display/materials.

Ship directly to the Charleston Civic Center to arrive on Monday, March 25, 2024.
We plan to ship our display/materials directly to the Charleston Civic Center to arrive during move-in on Monday March 25, 2024 before 4pm EST.

Shipments must be coordinated directly with SEMCO Publishing and prior approval of any pieces over 5,000lbs is required.

No individual piece of equipment over 20,000lbs is permitted and it must be self-propelled due to weight limitations.

All shipments must include a final bill-of-lading indicating total weight of the shipment and number of pieces.

Larger pieces will be permitted to move-in on Saturday March 23, 2024 or Sunday March 24, 2024, by special arrangement with SEMCO Publishing.
